Logging in is the first step to everything else on our site, from claiming the welcome offer to checking your weekly cashback. We keep the process simple: an email address, a password and, if you choose, a second security step from an authenticator app. Nothing more is needed, and you never have to download anything.
This guide walks you through signing in at Spinloots Casino, setting up two-factor authentication, resetting a forgotten password and what to do if your account is temporarily locked. If you are brand new and have not yet verified your identity, have a look at our KYC guide as well, because UK rules require age and identity checks before any play.
How to log in
Signing in works the same way on desktop, tablet and mobile. Follow these steps:
- Open our site in your browser and tap Log in in the top corner.
- Enter the email address you registered with.
- Type your password. Passwords are case sensitive, so check your caps lock.
- If you have two-factor authentication switched on, enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app.
- Tap Log in and you will land in the lobby with your balance displayed.
What you need at a glance
| Item | Required? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | Yes | The one used at registration |
| Password | Yes | Case sensitive |
| Authenticator code | Only if 2FA is on | Six digits, refreshes every 30 seconds |
| Verified identity | Yes, before play | Age and ID checks are a UK requirement |
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication adds a second lock to your account. Even if someone learns your password, they cannot sign in without the code generated on your own phone. It is optional, but we strongly recommend it.
Setting up 2FA
- Log in and go to Account → Security.
- Choose Enable two-factor authentication.
- Scan the QR code with any authenticator app on your phone.
- Enter the six-digit code the app shows to confirm the link.
- From then on, every login will ask for a fresh code.
Keep your authenticator app backed up or transfer it carefully if you change phones. If you lose access to it, contact our live chat team, who will verify your identity before helping you regain access.
Forgotten your password?
It happens to everyone. To reset your password:
- Tap Log in, then Forgot password.
- Enter the email address on your account.
- Open the email we send and click the reset link.
- Choose a new password and confirm it.
The reset link is valid for 30 minutes. If it expires, simply request a new one. Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear within a few minutes.
Locked accounts
To protect you from anyone trying to guess their way in, your account locks for 15 minutes after 5 failed login attempts. During that window no one can sign in, including you.
| Situation | What happens | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 4 wrong attempts | Error message shown | Check your email and password carefully |
| 5 wrong attempts | Account locked for 15 minutes | Wait, then try again or reset your password |
| Still cannot get in | Lock lifts but login fails | Use Forgot password or contact live chat |
If you did not make those failed attempts yourself, reset your password straight away and switch on two-factor authentication. Our live chat team, available 24/7, can also review recent activity on your account with you.
Locked because of a safer gambling tool
A login lock is different from a time-out or self-exclusion. If you have set a time-out (24 hours to 6 weeks) or self-excluded (6 months to 5 years), or registered with GAMSTOP, you will not be able to sign in until that period ends. This is deliberate and cannot be reversed early. It is there to protect you.
Logging in on mobile
Spinloots runs entirely in your mobile browser, so there is no app to download and nothing to update. It works on both iOS and Android.
- iPhone and iPad: open our site in Safari, tap the share icon and choose Add to Home Screen.
- Android: open our site in Chrome, tap the menu and choose Add to Home screen or Install.
You will then have an icon on your home screen that opens straight to the login page, just like an app. Your browser can save your email address, but we recommend using a password manager rather than letting a shared device remember your password.
Staying secure
A few simple habits keep your account safe:
- Never share your password or 2FA codes, not even with someone claiming to be from our team. We will never ask for them.
- Log out when you use a shared or public device.
- Keep your email account secure, as it is the key to password resets.
Once you are logged in, you can also set deposit limits, loss limits and reality checks from your account area. If you have trouble at any stage, our troubleshooting page covers the most common fixes, and our live chat bubble is always one tap away. Play is for adults aged 18 and over only.
